Notice that he is playing it a full step down with no capo
and that he has changed up the verse a little.
He plays a walk down C - G/B - F instead of the CD version Am - C/G - F

Pretty standard chords here.
The one chord to notice is the B/D#.
This is a regular B chord with the A string fretted on the 6th fret instead of the 2nd fret.
Those frets are in relation to where you put your capo.
