Pretty standard chords here.
The one chord to notice is the B/D#.
This is a regular B chord with the A string fretted on the 6th fret instead of the 2nd fret.
Those frets are in relation to where you put your capo.

Alright, quick note about the chords seen here.
Asus2 means leave the B string open. Dsus2 means leave the high E string open.
The progressions “Asus2/C# Asus2/B” and “Dsus2/C# Dsus2/B” tell you to walk down the A string while still playing the main chord, Asus2 or Dsus2.
